About Me

Hello, my name is Meghan. Here is a little bit about me.

I am in my second year of teaching Pre-Kindergarten (4&5 yrs) at a private run school.

I am also in my second year of assisting and teaching in an after school program where we provide fitness, homework and enrichment clubs.

In the summer, I teach the kindergarten and 1st grade class in the summer camp offered through the preschool I teach at.

My favorite color is purple.

My favorite animals are goats.

I love working with children.

In school, history was my favorite subject, and currently medieval times is my favorite period of study. I also enjoy reading.

I would love to travel through Europe.

The purpose of this blog is to share projects and activities I do in my classroom. Since I spend most of my time in Pre-Kindergarten, that will typically be the main focus. However there may be some other activities for older age groups based on my other experiences or from my mom's kindergarten class. Looking at blogs and seeing other teacher's ideas has been a huge help to me on my journey of becoming a teacher. Along the way, I have picked up a few ideas of my own that I pray will be a help to others.
